Next shore outing

the next shore outing will be on Sunday the 8th of July at new Brighton. meet by the clown roundabout at 11.30. We will fish from 12.30 till about 16.30 dependant on the tide Target species will be bass plaice flounder maybe dabs and possibly mackerel if the weather is favourable. Standard rules , 2hooks,20 cm size limit. We will be fishing off the prom. Please be on time . baits needed lug, blow lug , crab maybe rag and whatever else you want to bring.. If possible it will be pegged. Please support the club and fish if you can. Regards Steve.

There could be a chance of mackerel at this venue and I will allow 6 to be allowed to each angler. If you want to use feathers check the strength of the nylon and cut them down as its 2 hooks only. If the nylon is weak tie a section of shock leader in with them to prevent crack offs. See you there, Steve Trish

Hello lads had a call from Alan Green today . He had been down to Hrrison Drive and it was heaving, on a Wednesday! I have a feeling it might be the same on sunday. As a back up venue we could always drive up to Vale park and try for the plaice there.So lads could you make sure you are there ON TIME, ie, 11.30. that way it gives us time to make a decision. On another note make sure all your litter goes in a bin. Apparently it's turned into a shi£hole down to anglers bait wrappers.
