polsaf agm

Hi guys, sorry for the delay,been having probs with this thing Polsaf had its A.G.M. on the 30/4/15 (over a week ago) again only the Few attended. So hear is a brief summary. As it has already been reported on site the rules have change slightly so the committee remained the same, but with a couple of changes as the meeting went on.

1, Eric the Polsaf Treasurer gave a full account to the year ending 30/4/15, of which i have a copy and will pass on to our committee, Also Paid re-affiliation fees for this year.

2, Minutes from the last meeting read out, as i reported at our last meeting about none polsaf member's Fishing with an Affilliated club, this was well talked about and put to rest, will explain a bit more at our next meeting (if aloud:roll:)

3, New Pass Officer, Donna (Polsaf Sec.) is now the Pass Officer for Polsaf. Her info and address's (e-mail etc. are on the Polsaf site).

4, New President, John Rawlinson was voted in as President.

5, Bailiff's, again this was well talked about, as we know the bailiff's role is to Protect our rights to fish the docks and make sure all anglers stick to the Polsaf rules. So it was agreed that there will now be a Bailiff's Committee, who will call for Bailiff's to attend arranged meetings throw the year. It was also agreed that the Bailiffs rules will be Put into the Polsaf Constitution.

6, Non attending Clubs and Reps. this was also well talked about. As we know all clubs Affiliated to Polsaf must have reps who attend Polsaf meetings. Alan the Polsaf Chairman will talk to those clubs that only attend 1 or 2 meetings a year. At the next Polsaf meeting this will be discussed. The more a club rep attends the more info there club member's get!!!

A.O.B. Summer Ray Match. It was suggested that Polsaf have a summer ray match for Charity, this will be looked at to see if it can be arranged, this years Fur and Feather, Polsaf will donate £300 for each day, also talked about was the Dock Pass's for the Next 2 years 16/17, will be taking names early this year so we can get them a.s.a.p. Polsaf will also be in discussion with Peel to see if we can reduce the Price down. As we now have are meetings at the Seaman's Mission in Crosby, Polsaf donated £100 to their Charity.
