NWASAC summer League rnd 2

Fished this match today with Les. It was at Caldy, 38 took part and conditions were ok apart from the sunshine. Fishing was again not very good and a lot of anglers were dissapointed with the poor returns. Les managed an eel and a flounder while i caught 3 flounders including a nice one of 38cm in about 6 inches of water! With the crab season in full swing now crab was the best bait especially tipped with mackerel. The winner was in form Richard Burrows who is Pm's secretary with 5 good flounders, next was my old school friend and rapidly improving , Joe McCarthy. Well in Joe. 3rd was match organiser and england international Bill Lindfield. Flounders and eels caught.
