thanks for taking time to attend all the meetings - is it possible to have a sort of guide/map of areas that are accessible to fishermen and easy routes through all the scrap - I myself have not got a clue how to get around the docks area.....many thanks Berny Campbell study

Hi guy's Eric and me missed the start of the meeting due to Port Security not informing us on entry that the meeting was moved from the P.T.U (police training unit) to the Port Police Office's. 20min's late! But here are the Full minute's.

Chairman opened the meeting with an explanation regarding the confusion over the venue. The training room had been in use and personal effect's left by the trainer's. We were given the use of a conference room in Police H.Q.
Apologie's from Blas and Halton.

The chairman informed the meeting of his contact with the Project Manager for Liverpool Water's, The Development on Liverpool Central Dock's. The position of Angler's with regard to access was made clear and the objective's of P.O.L.S.A.F were explained. Hopefully some consideration to our need's will be given in the Development. Further contact will be ongoing.

A clarification on our use of the Alex wall for the Fur and Feather will be sought. (New's to-day we are able to fish either side of the damaged area, so a number of peg's can be used for the F/F), also Disabled angler's will be able to fish behind the walled section
P.O.L.S.A.F is to Allocate £200 toward's the Prize table's, each club Donating a Prize for each day.
Booking On will be at the Police Training Room's (P.T.U).

The web site has now gone "live" but is still in it's infancy, it will get better as we all contribute more. Eddie Daley has offered to moderate the Forum, which will be a great help to Ian.

Pass Renewal's. J.R. is combining all Club List's to submit to Amanda for renewal. Please ensure you check and amend your list when it is E-mailed to you and return A.S.A.P.
Lapsed Member's should be Reported to P.O.L.S.A.F. as Their Passes are NO Longer Valid.

2 new club's have been Accepted for Affiliation. Holy Angel's S.A.C and Milnrow S.A.C.

Lifebelt's on both the Husskison and the Alex will be checked and any shortage's reported to M.D.Hco Health and Safety.

Date of next meeting to be arranged.

If you could let me have a rough idea how many will fish Sat and how many will fish Sun it will help with Pegging. Also any Disabled angler's

John.
