POLSAF AGM Brief Summary

anybody told the beach captains yet? wonder what they think?

thank tony for the update and thanks for your vote m8 there's always next year well i did get a point over regarding the fur and feather with the date proposed . and its always picked to clash with the nw 2 day . its been 3 years were i couldn't attend so it wasn't on and am glad its been voted to be put on for 18th and 19th and it was a great idea that it will be run and organised by beach captains from all clubs in polsaf thank tony see ya soon jags

Thanks for keeping us informed Tony. Good to see they are listening to their members and not clashing dates. Pity Jags didnt make it onto the committee, he's a mad keen angler and would have got more events organised. I personally would like to see a Ray only match in the summmer

The meeting at Riley's snooker hall opened at 8 o'clock with approx 22 members (guest's included) plus the 3 commitee member's. usual procedure's. Apologie's, Previou's Minute's etc. Ian then gave the chairmans report wich included the Dock pass'ess he said Polsaf was still in talk's with amanda and the port police about re-new date, August 2010-January 2011?. Affiliated member's can now fish the Rock's, the Alex, Canada,and the Huskinson dock's. Fishing the Huskinson dock is best fished at the weekend only. This is due to the constuction work on the warehouse.During the week it can be quite busy with construction traffic, dock traffic plus dock working machines so parking is very restrictive.( it was said that the fishing was as good as the Alex)

Paid the Club's £10 Polsaf Affiliation Fee.

Any other Business: The date for the Polsaf fair and feather was changed from the 11 and 12th of December to the 18 and 19th of December because it clashed with N.W.A open at otterspool
It was agreed that Polsaf set up its own web site.
Also disscussed was people who joined club's and got a 3yr pass for the dock's,but never re-newed membership with that club that they joined. Those pass'ess will now be invalid and they wont be allowed to fish any dock area. This is why dock pass'ess will only be issued for 12 months Meeting closed 10 05
