Dad and i fished a mersey anglers mini open at bromborough yesterday. We fished 2.30 till 7.00 It fished okay for me at the start then died a death. Dad struggled till his very last cast when he reeled in a 26cm flounder. I ended up with 3 flounder and a dab for 92cm. There were also eels and whiting taken. It was distance work first then lobbed over the wall later on. Peeler Crab was the best bait.

Biggest round Bill Lindfield/ John Williams 28cm whiting
Biggest flat John Williams 38cm flounder
About 20 odd fished, had a good laugh and enjoyed it
