Pms Bromborough

Les and I fished this match at Bromborough on Sundat. It started quite well with decent eels and flounder coming out but went quiet apart from pin whiting and crabs. 2 rays came out to crab at distance two school bass A few sole down the wall and flounders and eels. Crab was essential. Winner was Ian Brooke's who had a ray about 6 pound a couple of flounders and an Eel. I managed 8 th and I think Les was mid table. About 2 dozen fished it. There was a big Match up in Cumbria the same day which attracted a lot of the regulars due to the £1000 first prize that our mate , Yilmaz, won with 53cm bass! Cheers . Steve.
