Meeting started at 8 o'clock attended by 9 Affiliated Club Reps

1/ Pass issue's: All club Member's who want to re-new for 2011-2012 must register with Club/Polsaf before December. So will Need All name's before the End of November to avoid any back log's or late passess!(no cost to current Reg.member's).

2.Polsaf web site: Hopefully; this will be up and running within the next week.(any input from all member's grateful; av a word with Ian McKay)

3.Alex Repair's: Peel are currently doing repair work to the wall and hopefully will be finished in the next few wk's. Member's were also told that We can NOW Fish the Huskisson/Sandon dock's (but not the Canada ) Be extra careful due to some hole's there also, when driving down there something in the center of the road. As there are no light's down at Sandon make sure you have head light's for night fishing.

4. Fur and Feather: Will take place on the date's we have said (Dec. 18/19th). Approx. time's 17 00/22 00hr's. Tide's 8.1 8.4mtr. Cost £7 this will include BiggestFlat/Round fish and Raffle etc. This match might take place at the Alex and Huskisson/Sandon depending on how many angler's want to fish it, so will take the name's of the the angler's who want to fish it. Then it can be organised to suit all . Affilliated Club's to Donate 2 Prize's for this event. Will post full minute's from meeting when Sec. John send's them.
