Fished dinas 3 up one down on thursday night, sea state wash choppy to say the least however was still fishable. Weed was causing most of the problems as usual but was put-up-abble compared to mesey weed. Although conditions wern't ideal we still managed about half a dozen schoolies each averaging around the pound mark.
Frday day time we fished a mark by ravens point. Conditions were ideal and although the fishing was steady the action wasn't on fire like you'd expect this time ao year. A good variety of fish were caught including spotted ray, pollock (best to about 2 1/2lb on half a mackeral
) wrasse, dogfish and several differant mini species. There was however a lack of mackeral, we didn't get any. Don't know what the rest of the island is like ?
