Hall Road, Waterloo and Sefton Council

Hi,, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but,...
for those of you who use the car parks at Hall rd and Waterloo -from the beginning of Feb Sefton Council will be making these car parks pay & Display between 10:00 am and 17:30 seven days a week - charges are 80p up to two hrs;£1.50 up to 4 hrs and £3.00 over 4 hrs ...dont know exactly where the Waterloo one is, but the Hall Road will definitely affect us....
