Meeting with Maureen [Dunnys]

Thanks for the info Steve,not much to say really,option is still there,stay or move.

Dave and I had a meeting with Maureen at Dunnys club this morning to discuss the way we were treated at the meeting on the 16th November.
Maureen apologised but said that she waited for the first arrivals from our club and explained to them that she had had short notice of an established members funeral and had to put their considerations first. Due to the funeral commencing at 5p.m. she could not ask them to clear the room for our meeting.
She had been unable to contact anyone at the fishing club to advise them of this problem.
We have confirmed our next two meetings at Dunnys- the Fur and Feather presentation on the 14th December and the Extra ordinary General Meeting on the 4th January 2010 regarding the Constitution.
Although we accept her point and apology it would not have altered the situation and she assured us that it should not happen again.
We would welcome your comments and will discuss them with you after the E.G.M. on the 4th January.
