20 hardy(daft!) anglers turned out to fish this match It was held at the rock channel which is more of a summer venue. We now know why! The weather was dire and so was the fishing! Dabs, Flounder and whiting came in but not in any great number. The Start of the flood was best and crab ,lug and mackerel fished at distance was best. Dad was 4th and i was 5th and we tied for the 2nd longest fish (31cm dabs)winning us £15 each As you can see the dabs were a decent size Quite a few blanks today.
