3 of us fished the wall with 35 other anglers the PIRATES ,a wonderfull sunny sunday total fish was 117, 20 dogs,3 skate ,97 whiting (someones calculating slightly adrift) biggest ray joe perry 66cms biggst fish jp JP total 440 cms,paul baitman 296cms,dereck bibby219cms ste trish popped down to see the goings on ,a great turn out for the club , might be something to do with it being on a SUNDAY (no i never blanked daba )

the winter league venues are mostly on sundays now charles, does this mean you are going to bother turn up and fsih for a change mate

mark your perseption is remarkable sunday fishing is everyones cup of tea lots of anglers cant make saturdays for various commitments,ie baby minding,hospital appointments, shopping with her indoors, car broke,weddings,funerals,baby making loads of reasons so in a poll amongst 100 anglers sunday fishing was 90% the other ten preferd saturdays coz they want to ??? and to reply to your diggy remark about my new lantern being unused its coz i have 3 of them one has to go hence its for sale UNUSED but thanks for the free publicity tite lines

To be fair to mark, and all the other beach captains since i have been back, a lot of the sunday matches were very poorly attended various reasons given , to early, too late , too cold,too far. Its hard pleasing everyone
