Summer Final Round

For the last match of the summer league we had 15 anglers turn out.
The weather turned out nicer than expected, pity the fishing was poor.

11 anglers caught 26 fish for 708cms

1st Les Trish 4 fish for 133cms
2nd Paul Brough 4 fish for 95cms
3rd Mark Allanson 3 for 77cms

Biggest fish
Dave Robinson eel 67cms

poor fishing all summer really mate. Thanks for taking the time and effort to organise the summer league Mark. Results haven't been great but thats fishing. Roll on the whiting and cod!

catches are down this year, its getting more difficult to pick different venues for the lads to fish
we could stay at perch rock and alex wall all year
i might pick the winter venues month by month to see weres fishing at that time.
I would like to thank all the lads for supporting the league this year,
the weathers been good but the fishings been avarage as its been everywhere
lets hope the winter brings some consistant fishing and some cod would be nice this year

Well it was my first time from the beach and only caught a whiting but I am ready for next year. Really enjoy it.
