| Fished Rhyl sunday 29th august: No it was'nt blowen off! It was a bit of a mixed day not a great deal of fish plenty of mackerel, we had about 8 species on the day, LSD, BULL HUSS, TUB GERNARD, RED GERNARD, THORN BACK RAY, WEAVER, PLENTY OF DABS AND MACKEREL. Weather was quite kind considering the previous days first part of the morning weather was great, but from about 12pm it started blowing up and the fishing went quite poor. On the way back in stoped in shore to drop down to get a load of mackerel ready for the winter, all in all not a bad day it was just nice to get out fishing.  | |
