borth is a sandy west facing surf beach with shingle at the top of the tide.
species expected:
Flounder
Dabs
Turbot
Bass ( if theres a surf)
Small eyed Ray
Greater Weaver( THESE GROW BIG HERE WITH REPORTS OF FISH TO 42CMS, MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET THEM MIXED UP WITH A BASS. BE CAREFULL)
possible Dogfish

Baits:
Sandeel
Mackerel
Ragworm
Razorfish
Blow lug
Black lug
Peeler crab (not essential)

plenty of small fish close in about 10-40yds out

NO WADING

all fish to be measured, fish over 20cms count
all fish under 20cms mark your card and you will get 10cms for each of these

There will be a match fee of £2 for those who would like to participate, this is up to yourselves.

Traces:
normal 2 hook traces ONLY with long snoods and hooks between size 4's for the smaller fish to 2/0's for the rays and bigger turbot if there is any there.

If you havent booked on the coach you can come down on the day and pay £10.
