river ribble

i went for a few hrs last night after work.
what a waste of time.
wanted to fish by the trax centre were we are fishing a match soon, but was told that the gates would be
shut at 5:30pm so i went to the bullnose at preston, didnt fancy that so i walked over the bridge to fish along the river bank. with high water at 8:10 the water didnt start to flood in till 6:15ish and was like a train, I blanked.
on the way back the gate was locked so i had to walk round the *ucking dock to get to my car, only saw 1 small flounder come in of the bullnose (think there was a club match on).
need to do some more homework on this venue
