River Alt 8th March 2008/09

We were greeted by a severe westerly wind and with the for-cast for sleet and snow were
spot on.
We arrived early which was needed as some anglers came down after we were at our pegs.
The fishing was slow and awkward to start.
10 anglers braved the winds and sleet

7 caught 29 fish for 1028cms
3 blanked

1st Les Trish with 7 fish for 247cms
2nd Tony Williams with 6 fish for 215cms
3rd Steve Trish with 6 fish for 210cms
Biggest fish was a flounder caught by Phil Foster of 42cms
Overall the averge fish size was 35.5cms

The final top 10 places will be on shortly

Mark , slight mistake i had 210cm!
