Polsaf Brief Report

Hi Guy's, a brief report from last Thursday's Polsaf meeting. Again the meeting was only attended by the Few!! So if any of you guys are not member's of Sefton Sea Angler's, but are reading this as Guest Please Get YOUR Reps to attend the Polsaf Meetings as Your Clubs and You will get MORE Info.

Meeting started just after 8 o'clock

1, Minutes from last meeting passed.

2, Alan brought us up to date with the meetings he and Donna (sec.) had with various people from Peel and the money Polsaf owe them.(you can only pay someone if their there, to give them it) He also explained to the Reps about the talks he had about the cost of next years pass's. As Alan explained to them, when Polsaf was formed it was agreed that the transfer cost (that's the price of pass's) will be discussed between Polsaf and Peel, but for Peel to put it up 400% in 2 years its wrong. As Alan pointed out to them to produce new pass's does not cost that much, so Alan and Donna have another meeting with John Miller (who it seems agree's with us) about the price.
As this discussion about pass's took up most off the meeting it was said that Reps should start taking name's from those who want to renew their pass for next year so we can get them in for the end of November. It was suggested that those who want to renew pay the £20 and if Peel agree to keep it at £10 you will get your £10 refund. So I will start taking names at the next meeting (hopefully)

3, Polsaf Fur n Feather. Again this was well talked about and final arrangements will be made at the next meeting.

A.O.B. It seem's 3 clubs have not produced their constitution or insurance or names of members to Polsaf. Donna will investigate this.
