Hello Dave . The shore fishing is poor the boats are doing well though , plenty of tope smoothounds and mackerel. Quite a few plaice from the shore but hit and miss. Watch the catfish don't get your feet when swimming! Tight lines.

I am sat here sweating my gonads off ( 90 deg in the shade at 8 oclock last night) wondering what the fishing is like around the Mersey, went swimming in the ebro the other morning at 6 oclock I did not intend to go swimming I went with the grandson fishing and fell in, they are getting catfish pushing 200 pounds off the boats the fish are nearly as big as the boats most are only 14 feet long the biggest is 16 feet the boats that is anyway tight lines boys
