Hello lads. Thanks for all the visits lads it's been good seeing you all. thanks for all the kind messages too, much appreciated. Here's the latest on what's going on in here! Ican now walk a short distance. Electrodes are fitted to my lower leg that help pick my toes up so I don't drag my foot . It's not a good walk bt a massive improvement over 5 weeks ago!. I feel like my leg is getting stronger daily and my arm is almost back to full strength. I am in good spirits but just bored stiff in here. I'm allowed out for a few hours over the weekend and I'm looking forward to going home and chilling out with the kids and missus

Hi Richie, I'm good ,physio is hard but making progress. It's going to be a long slow hard process but doctors said I'm doing good. Feel good in myself, just bored being stuck in here!

Steve, really shocked to hear what happened, you take it easy and get back on the road to a full recovery, hopefully we'll see you back on the beach real soon.
