I used to use Blue marlin years ago, think they also done gold marlin aswell

Thanks Ste. think i will carry on using sakuma.Its a lot of line not to use if i don,t like it.

I've seen that line , on that website Vinny, but haven't used it. It might be good but could be a load of pooh , it's a gamble but it's up to you .sakuma and varivas I have used along with lots of others . I can recommend those two as they are supple limp and knot lovely. For clipped down rigs I prefer ultimate power flex as it has less stretch and so keeps its dimensions better resulting in less premature un-clipping mid cast. I've just been given some ultimate enigma by an ultimate rep, in silt colour , 70 lb bs, and have tied a few flappers with it and was very impressed. Haven't tried it for clipped down rigs yet but will do this weekend. Cheers . Ste.

Gents. Just looking at getting somemore rig body line as i am running out i have looked at various makes sakuma varivas but came across one called blue marlin (not blue but clear) 50lbs break it seems to get great reviews works out at aprox £40.00 thats vat and del for 1700yds 1kg spool anybody heard of it or used it.And its only sold by UK HOOKS Isle Wight
